Canada Post insured will be available. UPS to domestic US. Shipping to be paid by the Client. Shipping normally takes between 7 and 14 days. Pack fees are included in the shipping cost. 15% HST is added to all purchases.

returns
Raku is a unique way of producing decorative pottery. As a result, the pieces will have some variance in colour and shape. It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with our products. It is not our policy to accept exchanges or returns unless directly related to non-conformity with your order, defective materials, or errors in manufacturing.

supply and back orders
We endeavor to complete and ship all orders within 5 weeks. It is possible that we could run out stock on a specific item(s). Should this occur, we will contact you to establish a back-order status or an alternate selection. Since some items are more in demand than others, it is advisable to place your orders as far in advance of your own selling needs as possible.

wholesale terms
Wholesale clients minimum purchase requirement is $250.00. First-time orders can be paid for by company cheque and payable to: Northeastern Folk Art. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and e-transfer.

US ship-to in US funds, Canadian ship-to in CDN funds. Orders will be shipped after the payment has cleared the bank. Net 30 Terms may be arranged after $500 in sales have been placed OAC.
