We’re busy in our usual studio, and at the Quidi Vidi Village Plantation<\/a> space, getting ready for that season. Christmas is never far away in any craftsperson’s world, and we’re no exception.<\/p>\n

COMING EVENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOVEMBER 1st<\/strong> –\u00a0 Pink Days in Bloom -“Little Christmas Fair”<\/strong><\/a>. It’s a sweet fair that happens at Rocket Bakery<\/a> in St. John’s; in addition to being a good time, it raises funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Atlantic Division.\u00a0 Drop in for a visit!<\/p>\n

NOVEMBER 7th<\/strong> – St. John’s Farmers’ Market<\/a> <\/strong>at the Lion’s Club off Allandale. \u00a0\u00a0 Drop in for gorgeous local produce and other treats to bring home.<\/p>\n

NOVEMBER 11th – NOVEMBER 15th<\/strong>\u00a0 –\u00a0 The 42nd Annual Craft Council of NL Christmas Craft Fair<\/a><\/strong> at the Jack Byrne Arena *great new location!*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>This is THE craft fair to get to, if you love well-made things. It’s our 14th year at the Craft Fair, and we too, get a lot of Christmas shopping done here!<\/p>\n

NOVEMBER 28th<\/strong> – Christmas Fun at Quidi Vidi<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Christmas arrives in Quidi Vidi; a lovely day of food, socializing and crafts from the emerging craftspeople of the Quidi Vidi Village Plantation and other local craftspeople.<\/p>\n

DECEMBER 11th – 13th <\/strong>– The Anna Templeton Tea and Sale<\/a> \u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Our favourite sale of the year; all kinds of delicious baking, lunch; the Christmas season really begins here for us.<\/p>\n

DECEMBER 19th<\/strong> –\u00a0 St. John’s Farmers’ Market<\/a> <\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 The last market of the season! Always a good time – all kinds of good things to eat and take home, some last minute gifts and a lot of good cheer.<\/p>\n
